This wonderful home is available for rent. It has had a new on demand gas hot water heater, and a new natural gas furnace. Roof was new in summer 2011 and blown in insulation done just a year ago. The tub/shower has a jetted bathtub, which is one of my favorite features in the home. There are 1.5 baths, high efficiency washer and a dryer on the property.
Two driveways, one on each side of the house, which parks at least 3 and up to 4 cars. Plenty of room for the whole family. There are raised beds outside which have always had veggies and flowers producing every season. There is a fire pit in the yard for outside enjoyment on those evenings when you want to relax with family and friends.
The carpet in the 3 bedrooms was installed less than a year ago, so it is fairly new. Fresh paint inside and carpets have been cleaned. This was a foster home in the past so windows have been installed in two of the bedrooms for firemen to have an easier access. Located across from the main gate of BIW, very convenient for anyone working there. Surprisingly quiet. I loved that when I got to Bath I was already "home." Large parking lot across the street and a foreclosure next door makes for more space and privacy, even though the property is so close to town.Lease could be 6 months or year going month to month thereafter.
