x00241000 Downtown Fayetteville (Fayetteville)

Hello-

I am a professional, 40yo female and homeowner in downtown Fayetteville. The house is a beautiful space located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, as well as the U of A, farmer's market, library and bike trail.

I am looking for a non-smoking, responsible roommate to pay the rent on time and respect the house and each other. I am a clean, organized and fairly quiet person who, when home, enjoys listening to music, reading and cooking. I have a 2.5 year old Goldendoodle who does not shed and rarely barks. She gets excited when people come over to the house and to go for walks or play catch. Otherwise, she is pretty calm.

More about the house:
• The place is 2,100 square feet -- few, but large rooms.
• We would share the kitchen, living room and outdoor living spaces.
• You would have 2 rooms and your own bathroom, as well as private entry from your own deck.
o You can use the rooms however you like -- e.g., a large bedroom with a large walk-through closet. Or, a smaller bedroom, and a separate living space if you have things like a couch, etc. that you plan to bring with you.
o The house is currently fully furnished -- you can opt to use the furniture here (bed, dresser, bookshelf, etc.), or bring your own items.
• Off-street parking for 1-2 vehicles.
• Rent is $1,000 per month, and that includes all utilities and high speed internet. Deposit tbd based on length of commitment, etc. Looking for someone to commit to at least one year; references required.
• Sorry, no cats, I am allergic. Non-shedding dogs will be considered.

Our first meeting will be at Arsaga's at the Depot (Dickson and West Streets); then, we can decide if there is a friendly compatibility to visit the house and consider living together as roommates! ☺

Please reach out with any questions. Let me know your first name, something about you and the date(s) you are moving. Thank you!
