A FULLY FURNISHED 3 room basement in beautiful quiet former model home with a bedroom with queen size bed, full bath and separate living room. Pretty much everything provided. Available immediately, but not to couples, groups, or families. There is an outdoor kitchen on site as well as a hottub. There are 2 tv's down there, dvr, Verizon Fios, wireless internet, gas fireplace, and Tommy Bahama/Ralph Lauren furnishings. There is a small refrigerator available in the utility room for your use. Since multiple sets of towels and bed linens are already provided, all you have to do is move in your clothes! Perfect for executives who are in and out of the area or who do a lot of traveling!
A passkey is available for $5.00 one-time fee for free gym access to the two community gyms, and you will be able to get a pool picture pass card for all of the Cascades pools for a small fee from the community center.
At least once a month, we have a maid cleaning service come in.
I have two small lovable dogs who love attention and only bark when someone comes to the front door.
No smoking is allowed at all in the house because I have bad asthma, but if you must smoke, the enclosed back yard is available to you.
Because the yard is enclosed with a deadbolted gate, there is not a separate entrance to the space.
I need access to the basement to do clothes, access deep freezer, and to get outside/let dogs out.
Deposit of one month's rent required.
I am flexible about the term lengths of a lease, and reserve the right to ask for $1100.00 rate monthly if a month to month lease is requested. In the event of a month to month lease, or any lease, I need a thirty day written notice to end the lease. At that time, I simply ask that the area is kept completely clean for the duration of the thirty remaining days so that I can show the area to new potential renters.
There is no extra storage in the house unfortunately.
No space for any furniture, as the whole area is completely furnished.
