Female professional/business owner seeking 1 Male roommate.
Qualities I'm looking for are mature, professional/executive, financially stable, clean and tidy person, who wants to live near downtown, cherry creek, and Washington Park.
Shared rental in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. ( approx.) 1200 sq. feet, fairly new building. Not funky!
Prefer age to be 30's-40's
Respectful, quiet, very clean, conscious, healthy living environment, no smoking or 420, substance abuse free.
I have a cat, so hope you like living with animals!
You get 1 Bedroom with private bathroom, (space isn't huge, I will measure soon and post measurements).

If you work a lot at home, this is probably not the best set up as it's not too big and there is no office space.
If you have significant other, that is okay, but the place is small so not looking for a 3rd roommate!
Extra expenses:
Xcel: usually about $40-$85 each depending on time of year.
House gets cleaned every 2 weeks and is split, so cost is about $70 a month.
Prefer to rent for one year starting in July or thereabouts.
$500 security deposit, $30 background check.
About me:
Mature business owner, home is my sanctuary so I like it to be peaceful and drama free. Not a party-er, have guests over occasionally and so can you.
I have a beautiful place with comfortable, nice furniture, although it's simple and livable. I am not a TV watcher, so I don't really like it on in the main living spaces, however, I am fine if roommate wants a TV in the main living space, just not into having it on all the time as background. We can work it out.
Healthy lifestyle, mostly organic and tend to cook poultry and fish.
I am into meditation and do retreats every year. People usually say they love living with me, and I am pretty easy to get along with and very respectful of other people and of their belongings. Not completely anal retentive, but somewhat OCD, that's why looking for someone similar!
I have a few allergies to things like incense, people who bathe themselves in cologne and people who don't wear deodorant! (I know I shouldn't have to say that...)
The bedrooms are close together and the living spaces are cozy, so looking for someone that's the right fit energetically.
