My roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to join me in our gorgeous East Boston apartment starting September 1st. The apartment is in the Jeffries Point neighborhood of Eastie, about a 7 minute walk from the Maverick T stop. The unit is 2 BR/2BA, so you will have your own full bathroom.
More about the apartment: brand new as of 2006 (well-maintained since), fully updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, central AC, laundry in-unit, lots of storage
We also have a balcony/porch and you will have your own off-street parking spot.
I am a 24 year old female and I work downtown in financial sales. I like to travel, ski, and hike, so a lot of my weekends are spent exploring New England. I am looking for someone who is also a young professional, no students please. No smoking of any kind. No pets (though I love dogs). No couples. I do not have a preference on gender. I am a very neat/clean person, and I will expect the same from my roommate. I'm not saying you need to be a neat freak, but clean up after yourself, don't leave dishes in the sink for days, and keep our place looking good. I'm career minded so I like to keep things low key at the apartment during the week. I enjoy having a glass of wine after work or going out on the weekend every now and then, but this place is definitely not for someone who likes to party a lot.
