We are offering two bedrooms together: the master bedroom (13x11) has two closets, honey wood floors and features 3 updated windows (AC compatible). The adjacent carpeted bedroom (10 x 7.5) has one updated window and has been utilized in many creative ways aside from bedroom dwelling. Utilities are separate, though in heating months we are deducted a $200 allowance to offset the cost, which allows us to heat comfortably without a price hike.

About us:
I have two indoor cats, they are sweet and sociable. If you have a cat, we welcome him or her, as long as your cat is not a mean crap machine, destroys stuff, or has special dietary needs that conflict with the special diet mine are on (we free feed, it is high quality for normal cats too). On a positive note, cats really, really love this house. A lot. It is basically a playground for cats. And people.
We are two good friends, 26 female and 27 male, with careers and perfect rent history. We take great pride in our home and enjoy opening it to others. We are both morning people (by nature and necessity) to make the most of the day and like to unwind together in the evening. I work full time at a nonprofit, enjoy projects and home improvement, and am a good cook. He works full time as a preschool music teacher and professionally as a violist, gives occasional lessons and enjoys fitness and zen. Both of us are into keeping house, growing plants, and sharing wine. This summer, we hope to get some gardening in with our lovely neighbors and get a clothesline going in the yard...
