The apartment is available for 2 months from;
June 1st - July 31st (Jul 31st being the day of moving out). Earliest move in date is May 28th.
This is a 1 Bed Room apartment. I do not have any pets or roommates and so you will have the entire apartment all to yourself. Everything is included in the amount. (i.e. utilities, gas, HD cable, internet, wifi, gym/pool access, etc.)
Apartment is fully furnished (i.e. sofa, bed, mattress, desks, chairs, etc. are included). However, you will need to provide your own bed sheets, pillows, things of that nature. Also, the apartment contains a balcony and is equipped with a high-end personal washer and dryer (for those with delicate skin).
I am asking for substantially less than the amount I currently pay because I will be interning in another city for the summer.
