Hi there, I am looking for someone to take over me lease. Due to unforeseen circumstances I now cannot afford to live here anymore and could really use some help. I've lived here for over a year, the management is great, neighbors are nice, and location is awesome (couple mins. from freeway 205) My place is on the 3rd floor which isn't the greatest but the place boast super high vaulted cathedral ceilings, the loft is huge with its own walk-in closet. The second room also has a walk-in closet, the master is pretty big with it's own bathroom. There is a second full bathroom as well. I have a 3 yr. old and a dog so the carpets are worn (again lived here for over a year) but besides that the place is in great shape. My lease is through February 2016, I've paid deposits but depending on your application criteria additional ones may be needed. I'm looking to get out by mid/end of June.
