I am moving locations, and need someone to take over the lease until the end of March. After that you can decide to move somewhere else, or it is a month-to-month basis after that. Very convenient if you need to move fast & don't want to get tied-down to a 6 month or 1 years lease
TO MOVE IN YOU NEED: ID, ss card, 1000 deposit to hold, then you pay rent the day you move in
All the paperwork signing will go on at the leasing office in downtown Santa Monica. An hour of your time at the most.
Pets are okay with 500 deposit
