Both rooms are on separate sides and the unit and is very spacious at 1300 sq ft. Living area is furnished and your room has a brand new queen size bed. The available room has an enormous walk in closet. I also have a brand new queen bed in there as well. The picture of the bed in there now is my old roommates.
