Our rental ia located just 6 miles out of Missoula on highway 93. It has beautiful scenic views and is located in a safe, quiet area. This 1200 square foot 3 bdrm 2 bath furnished with all necessaries mobile home was manufactured in 1998 and was refurbished in 2012. Kitchenware, appliances, and linens are also included. It has a very clean, open floor plan and that is very cozy. Utilities that are included; high speed internet, heat/air conditioning, power, water, sewer, and off street parking. Located close to fishing and hiking access. Deer and wild turkeys wander through the yard. Just up the road is the Gray Wolf Casino.
Will rent short term (monthly) or longer terms depending on need. Must be willing to share living room/kitchen area with other tenant/s. The rental rate is $400 per person. Will not be in excess of three persons. Each bedroom has separate unique keylock for personal privacy. References preferred and damage deposit required for long term contract.
