The house sleeps six comfortably, living room, dining room, kitchen, one bath, one enclosed outside shower and an open front porch. The house is clean and welcoming for a family even with little ones. It is situated on a lovely shaded double lot that allows for a nice yard with grass and lots of summer flowers. The association house offers summer activities, a basketball court, shuffle board, parades and picnics to name a few. You can even make arrangements with the Dockmaster for your personal watercraft or boat!

Old Saybrook itself has lots of great restaurants, shopping, a train station and easy access to Rt 9 and 95 to explore the shoreline beyond.
