Hello There:) I'm a single mother looking for a place to call home with my 2 kids. I work full time & make good money. 1 problem, My credit. I have a low credit score with 4 accounts in collections, each one gets 2 payments a month & soon my score should go up. Currently building with a secured credit card. It all takes time. Last home had mold that made my kids sick, so were in search of a new place to move a.s.a.p. I have a very good full time Job. My previous landlord loves me. I am not problematic what so ever. If your willing to help a young family don't hesitate to contact me. Im looking for a healthy place to call home for me & my kids, being turned down of a place to live because of credit is tough. I'm hoping landlords realize that just because we have a hospital bill in collections doesn't mean we won't pay our rent. Most young families make enough to pay for rent bills, daycare, food, gas, living expenses & put the hospital bill aside for a few months while we make a living. Paying rent is my top priority, on time every month no matter what. I have no evictions or any utilities bills in collections.
