Watch out for Treasure Valley Rental Managements listings on craigslist. This is the worst property management "company" in Boise. They are shady rude and completely unprofessional crooks. They will take your deposit no matter what and will try to sue you for more when you move out, and while your trapped in a lease with them they will nickel and dime you and drive you crazy with their bully tactics. Look them up on the BBB, Yelp!, Yahoo!, Google Reviews, Etc... They have a long history of ripping people off. Everything that you read is true, I am truly shocked that Boise lets companies like this conduct business. You have been!!!!!!!!!!!
