My free-standing one bedroom cottage with carport, small private yard and shared garden is available for sublet from June 15th to either October or December (flexible).
It's fully furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen, and a king sized bed in the bedroom. It's a new construction, with nice high ceilings - super sweet and cozy. Centrally located in Pukalani. There is a king-sized bed in the bedroom
The only utility you're responsible for is electric (which averages me around $40/month). And of course internet if you'd like it. We have solar hot water.
Laundry on site.
$1350 for a single person / $1500 for a couple.
I have a very sweet, loving cat that will be here while I'm away. So you must be a cat lover! No other pets accepted.
