Hi! Mid twenties looking for a female roommate to share a house starting in July (Golden, Arvada, Sloans Lake, Edgewater, Highlands). I am looking to not pay more than $700 in rent per month. I am easy going and like to keep a clean house. I have a fluffy cat, Sasha, who is turning 4 and pretty laid back. I am pretty active and like to be out of the house but also love the occasional movie night/binge show Saturday. I have a full time job M-F.
