The apartment is right in Trolley Square, and is VERY convenient to I-95, Concord Pike, Pennsylvania Ave, and Kirkwood Highway.

The balcony is a great amenity to have when entertaining, relaxing, sunning, or just want to get some fresh air. Some of these other apartments in the area do not have a separate dining room -- it's great to have so much space.
