I have had to move out before my lease is up, and am looking for someone to rent my room for the next month or two (my lease is up at the end of June, so you would need to be out by June 30th).

Rent is $150/week and includes utilities (gas/water/electric/internet). Street parking is available. The house is very close to all the shops/restaurants in Gordon Square, and is a short drive to major highways. The house has a living and dining room, with a kitchen (all new appliances) on the first floor. There is a front porch and a small patio off the back. The second floor has three bedrooms and a large shared bathroom (for the two roommates on the second floor). There are hardwood floors throughout the house, and central air. There is plenty of storage in the basement, as well as a new washer and dryer.

There is a finished attic with a second bathroom on the third floor (this would be your room). It is very spacious with a huge walk in closet, large bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, and several skylights. There is a futon, desk, and chair, but if you are bringing your own furniture there's plenty of.
