Beautiful spacious 3 BR ground level apartment located approximately 100 feet to the beach. This apartment has a nice living room with wormy chestnut real board paneling, a European style fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for your cooking needs (except the food), dining room with unique shell wall, Florida Room with lots of windows, three bedrooms, bath and a half, and our wonderful deck that opens to our backyard picnic area. We are within walking distance of all of Dewey Beach for dining and entertainment.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a half bath.
The second bedroom has two twin beds.
The third bedroom has two double beds.
Our beds all have mattress pads, pillows with pillow protectors, comforters, dust ruffles, and shams. Please bring the appropriate sized sheets, blankets, etc as we ask that our comforters not be used as bedding during your stay. We can supply sheets & pillow cases for a fee if you don't wish to bring them.
The bath is located across from the two guest bedrooms and has a pedestal sink, toilet and a tiled shower stall.
We supply a starter roll of tissue and a bath mat. You will need to bring towels, hand towels, wash cloths, soap, toothpaste, toiletries, etc. We can supply towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and beach towels for a fee if you don't want to bring them.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size self cleaning stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, blender, can opener, mixer, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, and even a corkscrew. If we don't supply it and you need it, please let us know. We supply a starter roll of paper towels, 4 trash bags, 4 dish washer tabs, dawn dish soap, Windex, and a spray cleaner. You will need to bring paper towels, condiments, dishwasher detergent, etc.
Enjoy having one of the largest backyards in Dewey Beach. Our back yard picnic area by roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, cooking on the grill, or just playing a game of horseshoes. Lounge in the sun in our sandy beach back yard to the pleasant sound of our backyard fishpond. We also have two wonderful outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Easy stroll to the beach in seconds with no roads to cross. Conveniently located to walk to all of Dewey Beach.
We are PET FRIENDLY for well behaved COMPLETELY housebroken, NON MARKING dogs (sorry, no cats due to allergies).
