Special note for those with children: We say that the house is not suitable for children due to the fact that the only thing separating the backyard/house from the water is a short seawall and over the seawall is very rough coral and crashing waves. We love children, so its not a matter of kids not being welcome, but rather a safety concern. Please carefully consider whether our house is suitable for thesafety of the children in your party.
Strict maximum occupancy of 6 / events / gatherings: We have a strict maximum occupany of 6, (including children/infant(s) of any age). The house is quite small and for the sake of our dear neighbors peace & quiet, we do not make exceptions for larger groups over 6. Additionally for the same reason, we do not allow for events or gatherings above the maximum occupancy of 6, at any time, for any reason.
