I am preparing to leave town for the summer, but before I go I thought I'd see if anyone would like to rent my home for either weekends of Jazzfest.
The house is a large brick square that has been split down the center to give you a spacious bedroom, two closets, and huge bathroom on one side, with a living room / kitchen on the other. Both sides of the place have a door leading out to the carport, and there's a door inside connecting the two halves (the whole thing is yours, but the door adds privacy if multiple people/couples are staying).
Furnished with the following:
Bedroom: Giant lawyer sized desk, king sized bed, small dresser, small table, floor-to-ceiling mirror, and a half-tuned upright piano.
Living Room: Big brown leather couch, coffee table, and a twin sized futon. Linens available for couch and futon.
Kitchen: Oven, fridge, pots, pans, tupperware, glasses and dishes. Small dining table with chairs. Coffee pot, blender, toaster, George Foreman grill.
Bathroom: Towels
Wifi to keep you connected and central air to keep you cool. Google Maps shows it's a .9 mile walk to the fairgrounds, and for a small extra fee I can arrange to have as many bicycles available as you'd like.
