The Red House - nestled by the sparkling blue water on the shore of Agate Bay in Lake Tahoe, this 4 bedroom 2 bath split lakefront (meaning the house is on one side of the road and our private beach is across the street) home is designed for a classic Tahoe experience. With its knotty pine interior, each room beckons you inside - the living room with its massive rock fireplace and panoramic windows overlooking the lake, the bright, sunny kitchen, the master suite on the main floor, this home is meant for family gatherings and special memories. The main level also includes a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and an additional full bath. Upstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed and a great room for the kids with 4 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and includes table settings to accommodate up to 10 guests for dinner.
The front deck wraps around the house and provides you with an extensive view of the lake. The brand new hot tub is one step outside the master bedroom door with direct views of the lake. This house also has its own private beach and pier right across N. Lake Blvd.
Agate Bay is a beautiful and protected cove which is between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, so you are close to everything: skiing at major resorts, hiking and biking trails around the lake, gambling at local casinos just across the stateline and many fine restaurants.

Rates:
Summer Season (June 16-Sept 15): $375/night, $2625/week 1 week minimum (unless shorter stays available)
Ski Season (Nov 16- April 15): $250/weekday nights $300/weekend nights with a 3 night minimum
Fall (Sept 16-Nov 15) & Spring (April 16-June 15) Season: $200/night weekdays $250/night weekends with a 2 night minimum
Winter holiday rates higher ($300 - $500 3 - 7 night minimum)
