This lovely split lakefront Cape Cod style house is located in Carnelian Bay on the northwest part of the Lake between Kings Beach and Tahoe City and has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms (as well as a crib on hand in the event you have a small child). The newly remodeled kitchen is a cook's dream with double ovens, convection microwave, granite counter tops and even a crock pot if you feel inclined to start dinner before heading out to the slopes, knowing it'll be ready and waiting when you return.
There is a large, stone fireplace in the living room with a gas insert so when you arrive, all you have to do is hit the starter button and the house begins to fill with warmth. The dining area is surrounded by french doors so your view of the lake is fabulous. The house is located right off the main road so it's easily accessible all year round and has ample parking. Our private beach is right across N. Lake Blvd. Our wrap around front deck is a great place to barbeque and our brand new hot tub is also situated on the rear of the deck for privacy but awesome views of the lake.
This home is only about a 15 minute drive to Northstar Ski Resort and within 30 minutes of Alpine, Squaw and Mt. Rose. There is also a wonderful snow play area for toboggans and snow discs on National Avenue in Tahoe Vista, just about 10 minutes from the house. With the snow falling outside and being directly across from the lake, Lakeside at Agate Bay is the perfect winter retreat.
We provide most of your household needs including things such as toilet paper, soap, and lotion for each and every bath. There should be a hairdryer in every bath too. We also try to provide some other basics to get you started such as paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and we try to keep some basic spices and coffee filters for you, too. We also provide a gas grill with a back up tank just in case you run out.

Rates:
Summer Season (June 16-Sept 15): $400/night, $2800/week 1 week minimum unless shorter stays allowed
Ski Season (Nov 16- April 15): $250 weekdays and $300/weekends with a 2 night minimum
Fall (Sept 16-Nov 15) & Spring (April 16-June 15) Season: $200/night weekdays $250/night weekends with a 2 night minimum
Winter holiday rates higher ($400-500/night 3-7 night minimum)
10% Placer County occupancy tax and $195 Cleaning Fee
