The unit is a beautiful two-story modern townhouse at the Gateway Apartments & Townhomes. Our unit has 2 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, high ceilings, ocean views, in-unit washer/dryer, private patios on both sides, fireplace. Large living room, nice sized kitchen. The two bedrooms are fairly large and both have their own private bathrooms.

The picture of the Ferry Building at night was taken from your room. The first picture is from the balcony off of the living room. The third one is just outside our front door.

Parking is available for an additional $199/mo. We are within two blocks of BART, Muni, and the Ferry Building. Several gyms within easy walking distance; the Bay Club at the Gateway is one floor below us. Safeway is a block away.

Our current roommate is getting married and is leaving us. We are somewhat flexible on the move-in date, but need signed lease before April 1st.

Internet/utilities will be split 3 ways; approximately $100 per person per month.

Move in cost: first and last month's rent + $500 deposit

About us: My girlfriend and I share the other room. She's 37 and works in the medical field. I'm 43 and work in IT. We are both vegan and would like to maintain the townhouse as a meat-free zone. Best fit would be a fellow vegetarian/vegan. Or someone who eats out alot. :)
