Enjoy a great urban living experience with all the amenities in my wonderful 1-bedroom furnished condo by downtown Portland and The Pearl. The condo is perfectly equipped with tasteful modern furniture, a full high-end kitchen and a number of pieces handmade to work in the space, including a built-in office niche. The condo furnishings were selected by an interior designer...not from garage sales.
The building is beautiful--just a few years old--and the condo is industrial chic with 10-foot high ceilings, hardwood floors, a mix of concrete and sheet rock finishes and to-die-for views of downtown Portland from the all-glass exterior wall.
The condo is my second home, which I rent while away, and everyone that stays here loves their time here. In fact, my tenants love the condo and location so much they sometimes come back and rent it again!
The condo includes a washer, dryer, parking space in the underground garage and a concierge.
Everything you need is within easy walking distance (Fred Meyer super supermarket, restaurants, Starbucks, Peets, other coffee shops, and stores--and Whole Foods and Traders are a bit further but not far.)
And that's not all, but you also get a safe and enclosed parking space in the lower level garage. But you can walk everywhere and the MAX line runs right next to the building for easy traveling.
