Summer: Enjoy breakfast overlooking the lake on the sun drenched porch. Spend the days cruising the lake in the canoe, kayak or rowboat, take a swim or just lounge in the sun. There is excellent fishing from the back yard, the Black River and other nearby lakes with public launches. Golf, horseback riding, hiking, adventure parks, antiquing, kayak & mountain bike rentals are all a short distance away. In the evening, enjoy family & friends around the campfire.

Summer rates for up to 8 people: Week $1,500; Holiday periods $2,000 p/week.

April 15 -- July 10; September 10 -- November 15: week $1,250; night $250, 3 night minimum.

Winter: 4 miles to Okemo; 12 miles to Killington's Bear Mountain area and Skyeship gondola, Â? mile to VAST trails. Skating, sledding, horseback riding, downhill and cross country skiing - all short distances away.

Winter rates for up to 8 people: Week $1,500; night $300 (minimum 2 nights). Holiday periods $2,000 p/week; $375 p/night.
