Yes that's right, $265 for YOUR part of the rent plus electric which ranges from $15 in the summer to $45 in the winter. I will be your only roommate. Also half the security deposit as well as the last months rent must be paid up front to the landlord. oh yah I guess it wouldn't hurt to mention that I am just the average college student looking for a roommate who is as well. Only one roommate wanted not two. My current roommate is graduating and will be moved out on May 31st so you may move in on June 1st or later. If you want to bring a pet that is fine with me but you will have to pay an additional security deposit to the landlord and bring the couch furniture.
