Kitchen comes with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and plenty of storage for food and dishes. Washer and dryer are in the house. Must be pet friendly, as there is a dog. The room available comes with a closet and easily holds a queen size bed, small dresser, and desk plus more. Patio located outside of the walk out basement. Location of the house is across from the old hastings video store, close to San Pedro.
