I am a student in UW and I have just subleased this room from May 31. But I will not move in until the end of July, so finding someone who needs a summer room.
This is a 2bdr/1bth apartment, my roommate is a quiet and clean nice guy. You get a room to yourself with a large closet. I like this room because of the good sunshine. We can look out our front window at the classroom building, less than a minute from campus and about a 10mn walk to downtown. Rent is $330, all utilities are included. I can provide a mattress if you need it.
