Nice "upscale" area....a world famous celebrity movie producer recently purchased the lot adjacent to ours and has installed a new road, miles of power lines, is building a mansion on the shore of Josh Pond (see map), and has cleared and planted two large apple and peach orchards.

The neighbors just built a beautiful two story house (see picture below) on their 20 acre lot across Dragon Rock Ln form ours (Dragon Rock Ln borders our lot on the northern side, Gardner Lake Rd borders the West side).

Heavily wooded/wild lot. Nice to build on or sub divide. Gently upwards sloping terrain above Gardener Lake (see topo map below). We saw fresh Moose poop and bear sign when we were up there two weeks ago.

Great tipping area as well......we did $400 in a day just casual property/roadside tipping so someone that knows what they were doing could easily make $800 in a couple of days...... a healthy return on their $34000 investment every year.....JUST FROM TIPPING.

Investment forms like this piece of land are a much better/safer/private investment than leaving money under bank/government/corporate/oligarchic control where it can disappear or be confiscated in an instant. Only $158 property taxes per year.

Canadian border is less than an hour drive away yet you are only 15 minutes away from the town of Machias with shopping/hospital/post etc.
