Looking for a responsible person (male or female) that can move into my duplex during March or sooner. Roommate is moving to Colorado in the next month. Rent for you would be $350 plus half of the utilities (usually around $80-100). Access to everything which includes the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and washer and dryer.
