I am looking for a Room Mate to help me with my bills, house cleaning, etc. I am a 56 year old single Male, disabled. The house is a 4 bedroom 2 and 1/2 baths. You would have your choice of 3 empty bedrooms, or possibly a finished room in the basement which has it's own entrance and would almost be like a studio apartment. This includes all of your utilities paid. There's a Washer and Dryer which you would be welcome to use. I smoke, and you would be allowed to smoke as well, but if you don't, I would keep my smoking to my room. No illegal drugs allowed, including Pot. You would have full run of the 2000 sq ft house. I pretty much stick to my bedroom. I would like someone to share in the housework, such as vacuuming, mopping floors etc. You would be responsible for your food. I'm asking $350 per month. I have a small indoor dog, and 2 outdoor cats. If you have a dog or cat, it would be OK if they were outdoor pets, but I couldn't be responsible if they ran away or if they got hit by cars etc in the street. First and last month upfront.
