Our home is almost 100 years old and is full of vintage charm and character...and we also have a very large backyard that is fully enclosed by a privacy fence. My husband and I have 4 (yes I said 4!) children so we are looking for a female roommate only, who is completely drug free (meaning can pass a UA on the spot), doesn't have an extensive criminal background, is good with children, and doesn't mind a busy, loud at times, or occasionally chaotic happy home!
