The room is beautiful, has wooden floors, a chandelier, and a built in heater.
The house has parking, a yard, a huge kitchen (with 20 cabinets) a large porch,
we also have a washer and dryer. We are both in our mid 20s,
we work full time food and Bev, and we are looking for a like minded roomate.
We do have some simple house rules. We are not huge party people,
we're very conscious of our privacy.
The room is available immediately and the term is negotiable,
stay as short or long as you'd like.
