I am a 44 year old male. I have a great house off of Rose Valley Road in Kelso Washington. I am currently seeking a responsible roommate with a steady income and no criminal record. A musician would be cool but not a requirement. About me: I work days and expect weeknights to be fairly mellow and to have my sleep schedule respected. That being stated.. I play drums in a metal band and band practice is at my house 2 to 3 nights per week. I have a fairly social household but my friends/bandmates respect my space and privacy.I have cable and internet and a huge back yard. I am asking 350 per month and half the utilities. No tweakers.
