HI there, I will be moving into a 2bdr 2bath, condo on July 1st and am looking for a roommate. I can show you the condo, and hope to make a decision by Friday of this week. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished the rest of the condo will be furnished nicely.

What you get: Private room, Private Bathroom, all normal house privileges. Utilities paid, High speed internet/wifi, and Premium Cable. Also you have a permanent private parking spot.

What you will pay: 365 a Month, 275 Deposit.
You do not have to be on lease, I live in the complex now in a 1 bedroom and have already signed the lease for the 2. I reserve the right to ask for a background check and/or references and I would supply the same.

I have a small dog named Oliver, hes loving and friendly. Cats or other small dogs are welcome but there is a separate deposit of 250 for animals.

About me, Male, 40, young in spirit. Lots of fun to be around. I Drive for Uber, and attend the U of A, Junior studying Kinesiology. Don't smoke, drink socially, love to bbq and hang out with friends.

If you are a Felon, drunk, drug addict, or emotional unstable we will not be a good fit and it will be a waste of time to.
