Just as title says, bedroom and bathroom for rent. They are in a house with myself and family. The bed & bath are private and nobody will ever go in. You will have full access and share the kitchen & laundry room. You will have half the fridge and the entire freezer. Half the pantry. NO CATS. No smoking inside but outside is fine.
