I am the owner of a multi-use facility for creative professionals located in a refurbished 23,000 sqft warehouse on a 3 acre fenced property in the West End neighborhood of downtown Atlanta. I have several live/work spaces available for rent in 2015.

I have two studios currently available for $400 all inclusive, approximately 150 sqft each. Both open onto the same communal living room, which opens onto a larger kitchen and living room. Bathroom is communal, one toilet stall and two shower stalls. Please be aware these studios are in a refurbished 1961 warehouse, and therefore a bit of a raw space. The two studios can be seen in the pictures below, one has purple walls with a black floor, and the other has tan walls with a dark brown floor.

My facility also contains a venue for art and music exhibition that can be made available for use to Tenants at a discounted rate.

There is an in-house gym, and laundry area that is provided for tenant use.

The bathrooms are separated into one full bath for female tenants, with another toilet and two shower stalls for male tenants and visitors.

Amenities include: Business class high-speed internet (30/mbs minimum), laundry facilities, large communal kitchen and bathroom, expansive in-door areas suited for workshop and studio space, large outdoor field space suited for a variety of uses.
