Attention : I am seeking 2 roommates (male preferred), without children to share my home with me for one year. The rent includes home security camera surveillance, and use of washer/dryer, microwave, stove and refrigerator. I am seeking individuals who are neat and clean, considerate and reliable; who will take good care of the property and in return get to live in a beautiful 2598 sq ft home on a beautiful street for a fraction of what it would cost to rent ordinarily! Eligible candidates will be able to pay the monthly rent of $400/month on time every month and a security deposit of $400 upfront, as well as half of the gas, water, sewer, electric bills, (cable and internet if appiclable) monthly or as they come due, the right individuals will have access to all common areas in the home and one bedroom each.
