3. 10 ft. x 11 ft Bedroom plus small computer alcove outside of bedroom. Room is furnished but willing to "unfurnish" it.
4. Access to all common areas in new 2700 Sq ft house. (Will have no more than 4 people living here)
5. Private attached garage parking ($50) additional. Otherwise park right out front on street
6. Private Gated Community (grass park directly across the street).
7. Two double door refrigerators and one waist high freezer.
8. House kept at 65-70 degrees all summer long.

10. Very large new community park 1/2 mile away (8 miles of bike trails, 3 dog parks, picnic, skate park, basketball courts, outdoor concert venue etc).
11. Fenced in backyard with astroturf for the dog.
Dogs under 20 pounds OK. Must be housebroken and not bark hardly at all. Pets have access to backyard that is fenced in. If you have more than one dog or one cat then you will need $50 a month more for additional pets beyond one.
Share bathroom with other bedroom (He works 6:30P-4AM and is very clean)
Max of three other roommates. Currently one male and a couple live there, ages 45, works at Wynn Casino, and 65, retired Military. Previous tenant was Nellis Air Force base, and I can give you his phone number so you can talk to previous tenant. (If you are a couple I can not accommodate you) Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave.
Roommates are like ships passing in the night. No drama here. Not looking for a best friend, just a responsible person who will pay rent on time.
No druggies, criminals, party people or couples. House is very quiet. People very considerate. Everyone extremely honest. Smoking outside only please.
