My two room are available for rent again. Serious only need apply. I prefer NON-SMOKING, no pets, students, interns, or someone on a work assignment. I have had a few good renters and a couple not-so-good, which I was forced to handle. Must give 30 days notice of move-out.

1 bedroom with bed and closet, possibly a shared bathroom with 1 person. $400 includes utilities. $45 finger print card fee, $100 non-fundable (locks) deposit.

All utilities and washer/dryer, home security system, and wireless internet. You are welcome to bring your own tv, and have cable installed in you room at your own expense. You must obtain a post office box, as ours are not secure. Parking in drive or on street...car can not be leaking.

Union City, GA...nice subdivision, 12 minutes from the airport, 19 from downtown Atlanta (45 min on the bus/train). 5 minutes from shopping, 2 minutes from library(Library closed for renovation). Will post a picture soon.
