We are a mature couple in our 30's seeking a room for rent that doesn't have a problem with us having two, very kept and clean female cats. They will NOT roam the house, they stay in our room. We don't party and mostly keep to ourselves. We do not mind if you drink and do whatever. We are very low key. I have guaranteed income from my SSDI every month on the first.
