My roommate and I are looking for a responsible person that would like to rent a room out. We are both in our mid 20's and currently have full-time jobs.
The house is very clean and tidy; inside and out. It is a one-story building with plenty of parking space outside. The kitchen, living room, back yard, utility/laundry room, and garage storage will be shared. The bedroom is partially furnished; however, the room can be cleaned out. All utilities (power, internet, gas, water, trash) are included with the rent.
Please be advised, you will need to fill out an application in order to verify your background. The house is located in a newer subdivision, Meridian, Idaho. Room is expected to be available the first of February.
Restrictions:
No smoking or drugs allowed. References and criminal background will be verified. $400/month, $200 deposit. Lease is optional.
