Single, very quiet and clean 60 year old male in need of a room or in-law apt. I have a very secure, full time job, non smoker, no drugs. Have been known to have a glass of cabernet once in a while. I have no children, but I do enjoy children. Avid reader. Stay active. Lost home last May due to family break up (a brother thing). Am currently in a very unhealthy situation as I am in a place with a landlord that is very unsanitary!! His dog and cat own him and this place called a house, and do their business all over the place. He just picks it up and uses the dish and pot towels to clean and then puts the towels back at the kitchen sink and washes dishes with them. I no longer cook or eat here. It is getting pitiful. Dog hairs everywhere. The stink in this place is awful. The cat box is right outside my bedroom door. He does nothing to keep his place clean or taken care of. Can only afford $400.00/.
