I prefer an individual who has a life outside the home with friends and hobbies, someone who is kind, respectful, has a good work ethic, and has a consistent sleep/work schedule.
No smoking or vaping or 420 on premises. No drugs, only occasional drinking. No other pets. No overnight guests.
Rent is $400 per month with a $100 refundable deposit. Month-to-month rental. Rent includes utilities and high speed internet.
You will need to fill out an application and I will do a background, employment, and reference check. The $100 deposit is needed to secure the room.
