I'm interested in renting to a serious college student or busy, professional career-minded FEMALE. International students are encouraged to apply as I have been a host family for many students. I may consider sharing my space with a male but NO men over 25 yrs/college age will be considered.
I prefer an individual who has a life with friends and hobbies, is kind, respectful, has a good work ethic, and has a consistent sleep/work schedule.
