Hey everybody! My name is Nick, 24 male professional. Looking for a 3rd roommate for a 3 bdrm apartment near downtown phx. My other roommate is a good friend of mine 23, male who works in landscaping and I work in social work. We are both down to Earth chill guys looking for someone like minded. We are looking for someone who is responsible and knows when they have bills to pay. I don't care if you spend your money like crazy and buy random stuff, as long as you can pay rent/bills. I have had a lot of roommates and I've never had to babysit them and I don't want to start now. With that being said, we are also looking for someone that knows how to stay clean or at least somewhat clean. I hate doing dishes but that doesn't mean they are going to do themselves. We need someone to pitch in as if we are all family. That doesn't mean we have to be bff's (although I hope we do build a great relationship) but it would be nice to cohabit civilly.
