I will complete my curriculum in April and need a safe quiet home near a bus stop until then. I am able to pay $400/month maybe a little bit more but also would be willing to pay 2 months in advance if were to reduce rent to $375/month. I have been living off of the school stipend as my studies are intense and I need the time to study and attend classes.
