The owner's name is Kevin and he has postings on craigslist. This guy is a psycho, drunk, and violent with tenants. I moved from there within my first month. He will ask you for $150 deposit and first months rent. Once you move in and he takes your money, he goes drunk, berserk within the first couple weeks. He will start acting crazy, yelling in the middle of the night and harrass you till you move out and he will not return your deposit. He has done this to several tentants that have lived in the home. Remember the address 2031 Chippewa. Kevin is 6'3, 45 years old, blonde, hair blue eyes, mustache, wears shades when you meet him. Here is picture of the house. The cops have been over there numerous times. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!
