We are 3 Christian females (29-33), who are finding ourselves with an empty room for the months of April through the end of August. Filling the room isn't a necessity, but we figured it would be nice if we found the right lady
The house (duplex, really) is beautiful. 2 1/2 Bathrooms, a large living room and very large kitchen with an island and granite counter tops/new appliances, a finished basement, central air/heating and an ultra-quiet washer and dryer conveniently placed upstairs near the bedrooms.
The available bedroom is $430 per month, utilities not included. It's the coziest bedroom in the house, but it fits a queen sized bed, a dresser and a table comfortably. All this furniture is already there.
We are looking for a young professional. Someone who is mature, VERY conscious of cleanliness, socially comfortable, a person of strong faith, positive, freely able to discuss the 'elephants in the room', respectful of others, and someone who is honest and open. Having guests over is fine! But please no live-in "extra room mates". If you have a boyfriend, hopefully he will be sleeping in his own house. Basically looking for a genuine and trustworthy young women who is down to earth and lives in an honorable manner towards her room mates and her home.
